Pay as You Go Festive Period

A reminder that our call centre is closed or operating reduced hours on certain days over the festive period.  Please see below for details

To ensure your gas or electricity prepayment meters do not run out of credit, please remember to top up with enough credit to last you over the festive period.

If you do experience issues with your gas prepayment meter out with the call centre opening hours, please call our normal customer service number 0800 027 0072 and select the following options: “Emergency and Off Supply” > “Gas Emergency” > “Fault with PP Meter”. 

If you enter your account number, our automated system will provide you with the emergency contact details for the company that maintains your gas meter.

If you experience issues with your electricity prepayment meter out with the call centre opening hours, please dial 105.

Replacement keys or cards can be ordered through your online account, register at www.scottishpower.co.uk with your postcode and account number.
