@Kennethvenables Sorry Kenneth but you don't say what help you need. Also this is not Scottish Power, this is a place where customers can ask other customers questions about electricity, gas, and meters.

Hi everyone.. can anyone explain to how Scottish power sent a company call face2face 3 individuals on van 2 people and 2 different car and pretending reading meter out my house one standby one come with a tool open my door walk in and said my Disabled wife your door was open they come for changing smart meter and the guy denied saying the door was open and my neighbour call me saw them forcing my door police came the show the police a document saying they come on behalf Scottish power the “award warrant “ force to entry to come and fixed smart meter I got them on camera how they force my door to get in my house
