I have occasionally had weird consumption bar charts but they always reset after a few days. Recently no problems and the App has not been updated so maybe you should just be patient. I suppose you are on the PowerUp tariff system, not many of us around.

I really sympathise with you all. When I saw the Power Up thing appear I thought this was a minefield that the very poor IT people at SP will not be able to navigate. It appears that I was correct. Talking to India, while they are very nice people, they have no idea of your situation apart from the limited data displayed on their screens.

To be honest, I would send a complaint into the ombudsmen. They will do very little until it becomes a big issue!
