confusion..On the app I still got days prepaid, by email i receive a credit default warning

Hi there, 

I'm on Power Up.

I recently received an email as warning for a credit default. 

I opened my app and it appears I still got days left for both gas and electricity.

Why there is this discrepancy?

If I wasn't opening the email, I would have been in trouble for your mistake.

Attached you can find proofs.

I have the same issue and the Scottish Power 'support' team is like how a rope supports a hanging man!
