It's nearly a month now & still no further forward. What is more worrying is that the gas meter is still not sending readings to SP. I submitted a reading on the 26th March but both the online & smartphone apps are showing a zero reading for that day. I escalated the problem to the complaints dept. only to be told that they don't deal with this & SP's technical team will be in touch. Needless to say I am still waiting.

Hi again footeg, maybe you have done this, but read your gas meter (not the IHD, the real meter, press its button to make it show a reading). Telephone the reading to 0800 027 0072. They should be able to ensure the reading is correctly entered on you account and then you will know where you stand with your bill. As we said earlier keep insisting that the installation is correctly commissioned.
