Hi Crispy, If the on line meter readings system does not work try the telephone system, Maybe you are entering the readings without filling all the boxes with leading zeros?

@allig38 The important thing is that your PAYG meter has accepted your payment. There is no action you can take to update your account, maybe weekend updates are done on Sunday night. Check again on Monday.
I'm glad I'm not the only person having these issues. I submitted readings on 10th May (confirmed as accepted) and my account is still showing my last readings as 15th April (some 6 weeks ago).
If @ScottishPower ever read these comments, it's about time you dealt with this issue!
Apparently when a new tenant moves into a property being supplied by ScottishPower they assume you want the same terms and tariffs the previous tenant signed up to and the new tenant gets no choice in the matter
