Reset password not working
I try to reset my password for my online account but never comes back link with new password I ve got new smart meter and I cant top up online becuase I dont remeber my password. I try to call today but not a chance speak with somebody

I can't sign in at all, I'm new to this and when I try to register it says I'm already registered?? Baffled

I am a new customer trying to change the password on my acccount but it keeps telling me that I ant reset password. I hae gone out and back in sveral times but it is the same each time. Help p,lease

Absoloute joke of an IT setup, no emails arrive to allow you to reset your password. Garbage

Sooooo frustrating, you register and then your password doesn't work, when you try and reset it doesn't send you the link!! 90mins to get through on the phone - still not fixed, worst customer service EVER!
