Smart Meter

I got an email for meter readings I have a smart meter and noticed when I was entering my meter readings that the electric reading was up to date via the smart meter but not the gas isthere a problem with my smart gas meter?

Hi @DavidK, can you see any gas consumption in your online account in the 'Smart Consumption' area? It could be that your Smart Meter is working fine, however occasionally after the installation process there can be errors when updating the meter details in the database. This can be easily fixed by one of our customer service representatives if it is the case.
