Sorry if there is already a thread somewhere, i couldnt find it. I am just looking to find out the telephone number to arrange for the rest of my smart to be installed. They have fitted the smart meter to the electric, but apparently didnt have enough time to fit the gas one
I too had my electricity smart Mtr fitted a month ago they didn't fit the Gas one because I have a lead pipe and no suitable fittings in stock. I was told they would be in touch. So far not heard anything. Guy came last week to read my Mtr. It doesn't seem to have been updated on my web account. What's going on please????
