Smart meter appointment

I have cancelled my smart meter appointment with you by phone and by email/chat.... yet I still continue to get notifaications of the original appointment.

Not sure what else I can do to get it cancelled?

I have rearranged my smart meter appointment for this coming Tuesday 19th March but have had no confirmation of this.  What should I do?
