Yeah, me as well. Received loads of emails, half a dozen text messages, then on the day........ nothing. Coming up to 3 weeks ago now, no apology, new new appointment, no compensation, no nothing.
If you look on TrustPilot, the review site, you get a fair reflection of what this company is really like. There have been 4409 reviews, with 96% rated as 'Bad'.
